Legal Services offers free legal advice through the SA Legal Services lawyer, Bill Reid.

If you are a full-time, fee-paying Durham College or UOIT student, you are eligible to meet with Bill Reid to discuss any personal legal issue.

Appointments are Wednesdays between 8:15 am - 12:45 pm and one Saturday a month from 8:45 am - 12:15pm. To book an appointment, email: sa@dc-uoit.ca

CAMPUS PARALEGAL STUDENT ASSISTANCE (CPSA)

In addition, there is the Campus Paralegal Student Assistance (CPSA). The CPSA is a legal clinic that is supervised by a licensed lawyer and provides paralegal placement students with experience working in the legal services field. The CPSA provides free and confidential legal advice and information for all Durham College, UOIT and online students in the areas of law practiced by the CPSA. However, they do not offer representation in legal matters.
