EXTRAMURAL TEAMS & TOURNAMENTS 

The Student Association (SA) also supports an Extramural Program in Women’s & Men’s Ice Hockey, Women’s Flag Football, and new to this year, co-ed Volleyball. This program is for the competitive student not ready to commit to the varsity level but requires a more spirited game. Students participating on an Extramural team will have the opportunity to travel around Ontario playing against other Colleges and Universities.

Men’s Ice Hockey

Two teams will be created for this year – Durham College & UOIT.

Fees:
There is a $5 tryout fee and $45 team fee if you are successful in making the team. The $5 is to be paid on the date of tryouts at the Campus Ice Centre.

Tournament Dates:
You must be able to attend ALL tournament dates, which are all-day:
Thursday, November 7th - Sheridan
Friday, February 14th - Fleming
Friday, March 7th - Durham College and UOIT

Tryout dates:
DC Men's Hockey - Monday, October 14th from 10:15pm - 12:15am
UOIT Men's Hockey - Wednesday, October 16th from 11:15pm - 12:45am.

Co-ed Volleyball

New to this year is Co-Ed Volleyball. Two combined teams – mixed players from Durham College & UOIT. 

Tournament Dates:
You must be able to attend ALL tournament dates, which are all-day:
Friday, November 1st - Durham College and UOIT
Friday, November 15th - Redeemer
Friday, November 17th - Centennial
Friday, January 31st - Humber Lakeshore

Tryout date and times:
Tuesday, October 15th from 5:00pm - 7:00pm or 7:00pm to 9:00pm
