DIRECTOR  | DURHAM COLLEGE (5 Positions) and UOIT (5 Positions)

The Board of Directors represent the interests of the members of the Student Association, set the strategic vision, and determine the advocacy priorities.

Recognizing the significant preparation required for board meetings, Directors shall receive an honorarium. Honorariums for the incoming board are established annually by the outgoing Board prior to the General Election.

 

PRESIDENT | (1 Position)

The President acts as the official representative and spokesperson of the Student Association and serves as the Chief Executive Officer.

The President will work forty (40) hours per week from May 2013 to April 2014, with an additional expectation of occasional extra or evening and weekend hours. The President will receive an on-campus accommodation allowance and an annual salary of approximately $33,000.

 

VICE-PRESIDENT OF COLLEGE AFFAIRS | (1 Position)

The Vice-President of College Affairs supports the implementation of Student Association projects, programs, and initiatives within Durham College and acts as the chief liaison between the students of Durham College and its administration.

The Vice-President of College Affairs will work forty (40) hours per week from May 2013 to April 2014, with an additional expectation of occasional extra or evening and weekend hours. The Vice-Presidents will receive an annual salary of approximately $29,370.

 

VICE-PRESIDENT OF UNIVERSITY AFFAIRS | (1 Position)

The Vice-President of University Affairs supports the implementation of Student Association projects, programs, and initiatives within UOIT and acts as the chief liaison between the students of UOIT and its administration.
